@bt_uk BT -asked a question: Early March Is there anything in place for those with ill health, poor wi-fi areas, etc after digital change? I was put into a ‘complaints system’ and, as it isn’t a complaint, they keep ‘closing the case’

@bt_uk very unhappy with bt service. I have had no internet since 20th March since BT moved a telegraph pole for my neighbours. Quite disgusted with the service. I will stop paying my bill and see how quickly it gets fixed.

We are now 28th March 2024 and after numerous phone calls and engineer visits, orders placed and orders cancelled by @bt_uk not my parents they have now cut my parents phone line off so no Internet either and they have placed a cease order on their account

@bt_uk I received a letter from you saying my prices will be changing from 31st March with a link to a tariff guide that is 365 pages long and makes no sense. Please could you tell me exactly how much my bill will be from 31st March 2024? Many thanks.

@irfanrabbani62 @bt_uk They’ve done the same to me. Taken me a week to draft a complaint letter to the Ombudsman, been told to wait for a deadlock letter, which they promised by 2nd March. Still waiting for it. @MoneySavingExp will be told too.

@bt_uk you guys know how to behave like corporate spivs In January you told me I’d get compensation - for 2 weeks broadband outage - in my Feb bill I didn’t So you then told me I would get £90 compensation in my March bill. I haven’t. You taking lessons from Boris Johnson?

@bt_uk so I asked to end my contract with BT. I have the mandatory 30 days notice. All good, then my mobile stopped working as did my wife's, minutes after giving notice. All other services will end late March. Phones disconnected, both needed for vital healthcare work,
