@zeninternet You need to talk to your accounts people because that isn't what happened - and they tell me that isn't what they do - and when you've been taking from a credit card you need to refund the card (you don't have other account details)

@zeninternet I spoke to your accounts person and she told me that this is your process working as designed. You deliberately don't refund money and you deliberately don't tell people that they need to ask you to refund. You deliberately hold ex-customers' money, possibly forever.
