@BSNLCorporate is this your idea of giving service via helpline number? One has to call multiple times to check if their sim card number has been blocked or not only to be told that some official will call in 4 hours to verify and block number.

@BSNLCorporate We are using bsnl broad band internet in our gujarat government office. Fiber internet not working properly last 1yr we are contact bsnl office and customer care but they are not responding. Our land line number 0261-2481142. Internet not working 10 day in a month.
