@airtelindia I did call. And when I told your customer care personnel that I am facing issues with broadband network for quite long now, his response was “it all looks fine on speed test, why are you facing problem I don’t understand?” Is speed test basis for your network strength? Pathetic.

I would like to tell kindly deny the #jio #JioTrue5G services and opt for @airtelindia . There customer service and network is really good compared to Jio. Jio customer care is just like LKG kids, they will complete your call with 1 single dialogue. #banjio
