@BSNLCorporate Land-line complaints in Cuttack City are not getting attended nor resolved inspite of being lodged since last 8-10 days. The SDO CDA OFFICE BSNL is totally a Dormant Office with Bogus People. Therefore,ler there be a Scheme for mass SURRENDER of LANDLINEs for this.
