I asked for a plan of 30 MBPS and you gave 30 Mbps, which is like 3.7 MBPS. 1. Your installation guy broke the wall, and took 100 RS. 2. You guys are watching my msg since last 2 days. Is this Jio customer service??? #Jiosucks.

I hav jst been getting calls saying "Maafi Chahte hai " but still no solution. This company has instant & easy methods of paying bills but totally hassled, difficult & fruitless system for customer issues
