@Tanni_GT Jeeeeesus! In @BootsUK on Oxford St last week which only has an escalator going up, so lift or stairs going down. Lift out of order, at the far other end of the store, but no sign on escalator. So if you can’t use the stairs, then what? You just live there now??

Went to @BootsUK to pick up mum’s glasses as she’s unexpectedly in hospital. Turns out, I need her written permission to collect them. Since her stroke, she can’t write. Boots won’t yield. Looks like I’ll have to wheel Mum in her bed down to their branch. FGS Boots. @BootsHelp

Absolutely not their fault, but the team members in Southampton @BootsUK were so overworked yesterday, I had to give up waiting for my prescription for the 3rd day in a row. This never happened in the less busy Woolston branch you decided to close down recently #BrokenBritain
