@BootsUK I phoned customer services to be told if you don't use them in 12 mths they dissappear. Any one that checked my account would see what I have spent .I was in hospital for a operation and not too good for a long time .send a query they said that was weeks ago .No reply.

@BootsUK hi. My wife ordered a couple of things from you online. A delivery turned up but the wrong items were in the box. Your customer services advise she has to print label, post or visit a store to return the wrong items before you will send her the items she has paid for??

@BootsUK you've closed my local store, your website is clunky, you didn't send any reminders about my points expiry despite near daily marketing emails, you're not nearly competitively priced either - mark me, you're going down

@BootsHelp @BootsUK Your customer care is non existent. My order was due to arrive 7 days ago and you refuse to chase it with Royal Mail or send a replacement. Boots customer care policy seems to be fob people off and tell them to come back in 7 days. I’ve been told this 3 times

.@BootsUK I'm having a lot of issues with the website - double payment taken (was told original payment didn't work...but the money was still taken), can't send messages from the website because "Oops, something went wrong". Would rather have DM'd! I'd like to sort it quickly.

@BootsUK I wish to make a complaint. I received my online order and an item is missing. They have substituted heat styling spray n given Me bodywash instead!!??!! I have tried to send an email to make a complaint and it just says it couldnt be sent at this time. I don't recommend
