I actually thought no one could be worse than @BootsUK pharmacy but @RowlandsTweets you've managed to take the top spot. Awful awful awful service it's safe to say I'm prepared to put up with a below par Boots. That was my first and last experience.

Hi @BootsUK, please can you let me know who can take a complaint about your poor online customer service? I need to correct an honest mistake I've just made with the shipping address for an order made 5 mins ago, and your rep says I need to contact Royal Mail. Not good enough.

Not good enough @BootsUK Although I've never had a problem in either of the Boots in my town (the opticians LOVE seeing Mabel!) There's obviously a training issue here.
