Thanks @AmericanAir for not only the 8 hour delay and then cancellation to Chicago today. Had two tickets on the 5th row behind the Mavs bench go to waste. $800 down the drain. Happy the Mavs won but damn.

@AmericanAir why is my SO flying on the same flight being offered an upgrade for $350 and I am being offered $1500? He doesn't have status and I'm gold. We checked at the same time. We have the same type of ticket. Seems very unfair.
