@AmericanAir Not at the moment waiting on maintenance to come look at the plane. I’ve have yet to have a flight arrive when scheduled in the last two years. I will never book with @AmericanAir again. The worst part is that the gate agents aren’t helpful or seem like they give a damn!

@AmericanAir - Left my AirPod case in your plane yesterday. Raised a lost n found case, called your customer service and was told they will find it while cleaning. I still see it in the plane. Is the cleaning team not doing a good job or LnF the process not working? Some help?
