American Airlines Problems
American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir your priority business queue at jfk terminal 8 is terrible. The priority queue is twice as long as economy passengers for the document ID check, and then you rejoin the main queue for the security check and baggage check with everyone else. Incredibly poor service

My ordeal with airlines continues. @AmericanAir can't allow even one over head carry on bag for 3 of us although we have international connection. Ridiculous, RDU C12.

Cool work of your app @AmericanAir - selected flight and selected seats. App crashed. Tried to book again and flight went up over $200. Luckily @Delta didn’t have the same issue

@AmericanAir got big issue w/ res sys. U won't accept Canada bank issued USD cr card. Ur sys req US addr 4 USD quotd price; Canadian site accept Canadian addr but won't accept USD denominated Canadian cr card 4 CAD quotd price. I can't avail gr8 travel protectn frm my cr crd!!!
