@AlaskaAir Frustration is more about the poor communication. It’s clear the airline knew that there was an issue with the aircraft but for whatever reason decided to try and continue the original flight on the same aircraft.

@AlaskaAir first you “accidentally” send out a flight cancellation notification yesterday afternoon, now you announce that the aircraft has a mechanical issue that will require multiple hours for a “possible” late departure. The aircraft has been at SNA for 10+ hours. Do better.

flying @AlaskaAir today and met up with some incredibly rude employees. Suzanne D denied my entry to the lounge despite my first class ticket. I’ve been on hold with customer service now for over 30 mins. I remember when Alaskan air customer service was second to none. No more!!!

@AlaskaAir have had 10 flights with Alaska in the last year...EIGHT OF THOSE FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN delayed/late. Would you continue to use a service that has become that bad? I know after 30 years of Alaska as my primary carrier, it's time to switch to someone who wants my service!

@AlaskaAir not sure why I expected anything other than generic customer service. would have made more sense to ask if any passengers were willing to switch, rather than forcing someone who resevered their seats months in advance to move seats at the last minute.
