@AmericanAir a couple weeks ago on a flight to Chicago there was a disturbance on a plane where @DonnieDoesWorld and other people had to take down someone who tried to open the plane door. When will recognize what these people did in saving the lives of everyone on the plane?

@AmericanAir 5 hours delayed. No apologies, no compensation, and we took off without the problem being fixed! What if the front wheel didn’t come down straight? Can’t steer it, can’t fix it. @AmericanAir

So @americanair stranded me in DFW for the night. As a former employee that has family members that work for AA, I’m just astonished at the fall from grace. I asked the guy at svc car for his name and he told me 1st name. Then asked for a pen to write it down and he snatched 6/

Tells me that hotel site is down and he can’t book me a hotel. But he says save all receipts for food, hotel and transportation and send it to AA Customer Relations and they will reimburse me. I leave service center and go sit down. I wait 20 minutes go back to @AmericanAir /4
