Accidentally switched to the wrong day on an @AlaskaAir flight - tried to switch back to my original flight within 15 minutes. They told me too bad, so sad. An extra $257 to fix my mistake - won't be flying with them again - recommend you do the same. Thanks!

@AlaskaAir after a 5h+ delay yesterday where your agents told me the plane wasn't taking off, and having to rebook with Delta for $850, now the only way to submit a complaint is to call your phone line, are you kidding me? Do you have no respect for your client's time?
