@anjunabeachwave @SouthwestAir Honestly bag charges are getting out of control for most airlines. $35 now for the first checked bag each way? I remember when @AlaskaAir had the $20/$20/$20 and you could check up to three bags for $20/each. Bring that back please!

@JonHeyman I was once flying for work on @AlaskaAir, arranged the trip through the proper channels. Checked in, got my boarding pass, cleared security, got to the gate only to be told that my ticket had never been “purchased” and I was denied boarding.
