@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Took Airtel Xtream Fibre connection 1Gbps+DTH plan (3999+taxes). One of the worst customer service I have ever seen (No response at all) . 1) It’s been 1.5 weeks, DTH setup not done , 2) Speed is less than 100mbps. Location: Hyderabad.

Airtel's internet and service quality are deteriorating. My WiFi hasn't worked in 10 days, network signals keep dropping. Each time, they make excuses but don't resolve the issue. If this continues, Airtel will soon go extinct. @airtelindia #airtel

@airtelindia I don't know what is the problem in Hyderabad. Everyday since I installed broadband from Airtel there are network issues, disconnections. It's high time you need to improve else many people would consider other networks. #Trending

Extremely poor service from @Airtel_Presence, I Lodged a complaint yesterday regarding my broadband connection & I was promised that it would be resolved by today i.e 2nd April. However, the timeline has been extended to 4th April unilaterally. @airtelindia hugely disappointed.

Hi Airtel, I frequently use Airtel broadband extreme fiber, but I'm having trouble connecting to the internet. Kindly get my internet service back up as soon as you can. Installing Airtel brand service is not recommended. Poor customer service is provided.@airtelindia

@airtelindia such a waste service provider, had raised a request for new DTH connection few days back alomost it's been a week but no installation has been done yet. They just take the details and tell that technician will visit, but no one calls you back.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Using Airtel prepaid connection from past 7+ years. I lost my mobile today and went for a sim replacement. Amazingly store people denied to replace it as the details were not matching. I don't know why the details were changed ! I need the simRelated Services
