To then be offered £40 as it’s sale price due to no longer having the receipt as I loved the item and bought it a while back, makes matters even worse. Especially when I shop with yourselves frequently! Such a poor quality item and shocking customer care @ZARA_Care @ZARA

@ZARA_Care @ZARA I’m beyond appalled that a coat purchased just over a month ago is absolutely ruined after washing it for the first time, using the instructions on the label and your garment care page. £189 item, and after the first wash it’s ruined! Beyond disappointed
