@youbroadband the most horrible and rubbish internet service provider since 3 days internet is down in Mukund nagar area Pune 411037. Absolutely no resolution from you broadband stop taking advance money for 3 months if u can't provide service

Your services are really very poor. You don’t let any other connection in our area and at the same time we raised requests for new connections 2weeks back still no response. Even after calling multiple times. @youbroadband
@youbroadband May I know why you are in business at all? My complaint for speed (~60-80mbps on a 200mbps plan) has been closed WITHOUT the issue being resolved. I demand appropriate compensation for the shortfall in service for the last 5 days. #shameonyoubroadband

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Service of YOUBB is very bad. Internet is not stable everyday network uptime issues and slow or no internet speed .we feel cheated by playing advance money ..can you look into to resolve the customerissues . @AshwiniVaishnaw @MIB_India

6. A technician found that wire has been cut in half and thrown in junk by someone. They will have to put a new line to my connection. 7. It's 3.10pm on Thursday. I called people 6 times no one has come to my building yet to resolve the matter. @youbroadband what should I do ?

@youbroadband Connection renewed 3 mnths ago,1st issue with reconnection,then speed,then constant disconnect reconnect issue,now speed issue again,Wi Fi speed 20,40mbps instead of 200mbps,now trial error of wire change for which I have to pay!Horrible experience!
