@youbroadband my internet is not working properly since last week and even after multiple complaints and taking with the area FOS this has not yet been resolved. I'm just told everytime that it'll be fixed but still the same issue persists. Worst service for a network provider!

@youbroadband Friends , if you r in pune never ever go n take connection from Youbroadband . They are very prompt wn new connection needed but for service you will have to cry . The sales person will never help u . Infact most of the time they will not hear your voice only .

We've been struggling to get a refund from last two months and have experienced extremely poor services. Don't waste your time and money like we did. Their unresponsive and unhelpful team has left us frustrated and disappointed.

To add insult to injury, #Jioairfiber team is refusing to refund amount, citing a "non-refundable" policy, while selectively refunding other customers who have faced similar issues.
