Hi @youbroadband a big shoutout to Mr Deepchandra Pandey from Vadodara who helped us install 30mbps internet connection by visiting our house in a short notice.
In case we want to increase the speed to 60mbps we need a new router?

@youbroadband my internet is not working properly since last week and even after multiple complaints and taking with the area FOS this has not yet been resolved. I'm just told everytime that it'll be fixed but still the same issue persists. Worst service for a network provider!
@youbroadband Friends , if you r in pune never ever go n take connection from Youbroadband . They are very prompt wn new connection needed but for service you will have to cry . The sales person will never help u . Infact most of the time they will not hear your voice only .
@youbroadband disgusted with your customer service. My internet has been down for 4 days! Despite multiple calls, your customer service keeps saying they've escalated the issue, but nothing has changed. Please resolve this ASAP or refund my money.

@youbroadband Multiple outages every week on Baner Pashan Link Road in Pune. Why are we paying you for your services when you cannot keep services running continuously for even a week?
We can't file a ticket when the app notifies us of a common outage and ETAs shown are not met!
