WOW Mobile Network Problems

@WOW_WAY Currently trying to change our services to streaming waited on the phone for 15 minutes for customer service and call was cutoff. Email is not working and tech support is saying it will be escalated and fixed in 72 hours. I might want to rethink my service

@WOWCare @WOW_WAY this is getting ridiculous. Multiple times now my games/streams crash because your signal sucks. Fix this shit or I’m gone.
