@WOW_WAY Wow support was great. This issue was me, not wow. I’m embarrassed to say my cable modem connection was very lose and my signal was poor.

@WOW_WAY Maybe you should focus on having a reliable Internet connection first. My connection has gone off multiple times and a single day. I can’t recommend your service to anyone.

@WOW_WAY What wifi? I've been averaging about 1.5 Mbps down when it's actually working which has only about 2% of the day lately

@WOW_WAY today's experience with #WOWInternet was so unbelievably terrible, that i cant see myself ever using them again. The rudeness of "J" or "Jay" (wow employee) Made a difficult situation, impossible... and should not be rewarded IMO #Xfinity #NewCustomer
