@WOW_WAY today's experience with #WOWInternet was so unbelievably terrible, that i cant see myself ever using them again. The rudeness of "J" or "Jay" (wow employee) Made a difficult situation, impossible... and should not be rewarded IMO #Xfinity#NewCustomer
