@WOW_WAY EVERY SINGLE DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY LOSING INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK!!!! We pay over 200 $ a month, pay for sports surcharge we DON'T WATCH sports! We pay for strange made-up fees, basic cable, basic internet that never reaches speed we are supposed to have!! FED UP!!!

@WOW_WAY My ass. Taking away customers availability to use their cable subscription to watch channels on Apple TV apps, without telling them. And not lowering customers bills for reducing their service, what an amazing company. Yeah right.

Don’t get @WOW_WAY if you want cable they play games and they treat their customers like crap I got cable on December 29 2023 today my cable is off they wanted $62.00 i paid that they won’t turn my cable back on #MadCustomer #WowCableSucks

@WOW_WAY is out in south Lyon AGAIN after being down all day yesterday for a “cut fiber cable” I’m not doing this anymore they charge more than companies that have far better service. Cancelling my subscription now
