@VodafoneAU Yes there is so committed to new mobile broadband plan with new modem. New modem arrived, faulty, won't turn on. Vodafone said a replacement would be sent. From there, crickets. Invoice arrived, I'm still being charged for old plan and also new plan despite not being able to use

@VodafoneAU Was assured I would not be charged, but was and still no notification if new modem has been dispatched. Youve completely messed this up, something Telstra never did. I've been loyal to Vodafone but you guys are hopeless and anything but loyal to me
