@VodafoneAU I got a 4G/5G home internet service today and I can't get internet. It says 'connected' on every device I log into, but also says 'no internet'. I've tried a reset, turning it off and on. I even took out the SIM and reinserted it. I've been on hold for one hour. Help!
Is anyone else having issues with @VodafoneAU 5G Home Internet in the Geelong area? I got my modem yesterday and have not been able to get any internet.
Here is a public community service announcement for @VodafoneAU customers. I suggest you go with another carrier because I'm not the only one experiencing paying for roaming but unable to communicate via normal channels, ie any usual telephone connection( not wifi) or sms. Cont..

When are going send payment for two services as my calculation, this month bill on ( 12th - April - 2024 ) has be paid.
@VodafoneAU Sunday at the Aust GP. B/w 1-5pm I could not send or receive emails calls and texts or use the internet. Nothing at all. Zombie zone. What on earth am I paying you for if for 4 hours your network wouldn’t/couldn’t work. Explain this complete failure of your service.
.@VodafoneAU should do eSIM swap verifications via email too, like Boost.
Did a swap an hour ago, it failed to download on my phone, and the app reset without allowing me to try downloading again.
Now, I have no connection and have to go to a store tomorrow afternoon.
