Well done to @VodafoneAU for sending me my new phone and the IMEI is blocked. Who even does that?? Now have to wait for “back end” to unlock it and will be potentially be without a phone for 24 hours. Which isn’t great for somebody who is disabled! On hold now for an hour+

@librahim @VodafoneAU I had probs with receiving calls only. Could dial out. Saw on FB that restarting phone had fixed problem for some. So I did restart and had someone call me. It worked! One person had tried restart 5 times earlier with no luck. But just tried again and it worked. Worth a try!
