Switched to @Optus 1 day a go and regretting it already. 1 phone call, 2 chats and now I have to go to a store because they sent me a dodgy sim. Surely as a new customer you would send them a new one rather than inconvenience them. RIP @virginmobileaus

@VirginMobileAus have sent DM regarding my mums bill and service that's not being fixed. Terminal patient who needs a phone service and it's been a week with restrictions
