Switched to @Optus 1 day a go and regretting it already. 1 phone call, 2 chats and now I have to go to a store because they sent me a dodgy sim. Surely as a new customer you would send them a new one rather than inconvenience them. RIP @virginmobileaus

Good customer service makes a huge difference. I got a personalised DM today from the social media team at @VirginMobileAus thanking me for being a customer and informing me that they were closing the twitter handle (Virgin mob are closing in Aus). Big props to the team there.
