@sainsburys my mums boiler broke down today so no heating/hot water! We have emergency cover but because your customer service couldn’t find us on the database you wont help! She’s 92 and it’s cold. Cant move her elsewhere as she has spinal fractures. #sainsburyshomeinsurance
