Moved house and was looking forward to @Plusnet" great value, award winning" broadband" being connected on Friday. Seems @bt_uk openreach cancelled the order due to a "system issue" and they cannot connect me for 5 working days! Surely it is a press of a button?!

@Plusnet my WiFi speed has tanked whilst LAN seems ok, WiFi connections on mobiles next to useless, not what I am paying for at all. Please can you sort it out?

@Plusnet hi. I have a contract with you. My bills are too high. I want to find out when my contract ends, but I can't find this info on your site. Just bombarded with offers to upgrade. Where can I find contract details? Don't make it hard!

@Plusnet What is going on with your WiFi everything taking ages & I mean ages to open or down load. Like the first month of Internet. Slower than a snail? Not happy, just sitting here, then getting error messages from sites saying connection lost?

@Plusnet Gone down again. I assume Plusnet will be refunding customers who have had no service? This happens far too often, and think I'll be looking elsewhere for a new ISP that's more reliable.
