@virginmedia The worst possible customer service ever. Called in to cancel, guy tried to sell me a deal that costs more when I wanted less. Puts me on hold, debates his deal. Then wanted to see what else they can do as I asked to cancel. Puts me on hold for 30 mins then hangs up
