Going to start a daily reminder there @Verizon worst’s cellphone provider on the planet. Their support system is more like a customer torture system. I would highly recommend another other provider on the planet.

@Verizon can't get support to answer me so might as well start here. Verizon Customer Support is horrible! I have been on the phone for the last few days trying to find a solution for my phone not working correctly. Finally ask for a supervisor and they hang up!

@Infantry_bucky @Verizon I pay 28$ a month for unlimited data (60 GB limit). Most I've paid for pre paid is 55$ in rural areas that run on Verizon towers. I had Verizon back in 2014 & they wanted like 90$ a month. Never again.

I ordered a phone Dec 7. Still haven’t received it. The phone is still showing on my account so I can’t go buy another one for my line. And I paid the full price. Ive called and spoke with a rep 7x since Dec 11. @Verizon @VerizonSupport I feel like I’m being scammed

I was wrong! I thought @DTE_Energy had bad service. I apologize. I thought @Verizon had bad customer service. I apologize. The worst by far is @Xfinity I’m talking the worst services ever! I’ve been on the phone all night and this morning. Trying solve a billing and service issue
