@Verizon I tried to open an account but sales person said he wasn't able to. Shockingly, I found out there is an account opened in my name with an open debt about to go to a collection agency and apparently an iPhone was ordered in my name and it has been delivered (not to me).

@VerizonSupport @Verizon has the worst app and worst customer service ever. Took my bill easy up without any explanation. Can't get in touch with anything but worthless bot chat. Horrible.
