@rohan_fcb@astoundconnects They’ve been having outages in the DMV area for weeks, WEEKS! And they don’t offer customers any sort of compensation or even an apology for the chronic, astounding awful service they are “providing”. PSA: @Verizon is running a 5 year, no contract, better product for $89montly!
