Purchased new iPhone 15. Overheats. Powers off for hours. @Verizon said: Normal. Won’t hold charge. Camera pics poor. @apple diagnostics says not hardware issue but 6 software issue. @VerizonSupport will replace new w/ refurbished phone as @Applesupport no longer replaces w/ new.
