I ordered a phone Dec 7. Still haven’t received it. The phone is still showing on my account so I can’t go buy another one for my line. And I paid the full price. Ive called and spoke with a rep 7x since Dec 11. @Verizon@VerizonSupport I feel like I’m being scammed
