I went to switch carriers to @ATT, get sim card sent, put in phone, cannot dial or receive calls. Call tech supp at @Verizon and @ATT no resolution. Take to @ATT store and am told my existing phone is not supported by sim cards, and I cannot upgrade for 90 days. Poor cust service
