@jaimzmang@Verizon AND. I finally found some "what was your former phone number we can assist you?" page but when I entered my (required) zip code, I got "that zip code doesn't match your account." I tried every one I've ever had & nothing worked. Can't imagine ever returning w/ their terrible CS!
