@TPG_Telecom I am without internet for over 24 hours. Called helpdesk, got a ticket and was told nbn will look into it. After 24 hrs, internet still not working and no updates !!! Rude engg team, says its sat sun next and i will have to be without internet for 4 days !!!!

@TPG_Telecom I'm absolutely disappointed and angry with TPG service and customer service. I've been dealing with these ppl for over a week and had no resolution. My mum wants to cancel her service but we can't cause they have the wrong details on their system.

@TPG_Telecom No... like I said... myself and my mother had enough. We are going to the HO in the city and speak to someone directly. I have wasted my time speaking to people over the phone who don't listen and won't help at all.
