@TPG_Telecom I am without internet for over 24 hours. Called helpdesk, got a ticket and was told nbn will look into it. After 24 hrs, internet still not working and no updates !!! Rude engg team, says its sat sun next and i will have to be without internet for 4 days !!!!

@TPG_Telecom Is there an issue at Wollstonecraft in Sydney? The NBN says no issues but several people in my building connected to TPG or associated companies are reporting an internet outage. I would have DMed you but it seems you require a verified account to DM.

Cancelled with @TPG_Telecom before Christmas as I'd had TERRIBLE internet for two months with them. They failed to process the cancellation, charged me for another month, then when I complained I received an email saying I was being charged for the "cancellation period".

Internet on and off CONSTANTLY over the last week, when it does work speeds are dismal (2mb/s down) and they're emailing asking if I want to switch my mobile to them to "avoid outages"? No thanks @TPG_Telecom I think I'll be leaving you altogether this month.
