The worst thing that has happened to internet is @optus taking over running @vividwireless. 4 years and only 1 issue ever with vivid. First month after account was moved to Optus and it’s been out twice.

I have great internet access provided by @vividwireless for over a year now. It's been migrated to @Optus in the last month and the degraded service makes it almost unusable - @Optus you need to do better.

@TheDanBarrett @Banging_On I selected based on price point. Previously had been with @vividwireless on a $100 plan so stuck with a $100 plan. I may drop it in the future though.
