@TPG_Telecom It’s offline again. Seriously need to sort the connection out once and for all. Your ‘network status’ page never displays accurate outages. Potential customers need to understand this. We pay good money for a service we don’t receive. I’ll send you a DM.

@Ausbrad79 @TPG_Telecom Yeah, my plan price increased a while back, no chance of a speed upgrade until FTTP arrives in 2-3 years, maybe. Unless 5G internet becomes viable for me before then.

"You don't need to do anything" @TPG_Telecom Your new monthly nbn fees and speed upgrade will automatically apply on your next regular payment date to occur on or after 27/03/2024. Still waiting to have out speed upgraded......

@redbigot @TPG_Telecom Definitely worth rattling their cage. We were emailed to say plan is upgrading in price and speed. After discussions with numerous teams they lied and said it will automatically update on the 20th march. Wasn't surprised that it didn't. Now 4 phone calls today and still nothing.
