@GetSpectrum Your service is awful. Between constant buffering and distorted images, TV is unwatchable. Why am I paying $115 a month to not even be able to watch TV? . Time Warner was better. If anybody is thinking of switching to Spectrum, DON'T. I repeat, DON'T DO IT.

@Spectrum And just as I predicted, @GetSpectrum even sent a text to inform that because their outage was under 4 hrs (probably 3hours & 58 minutes) they would not be crediting the account for bad service time. Thanks for nothing @GetSpectrum . Time Warner and Cox were so much better
