@NRGgg @GetSpectrum Spectrum can't stop having hour after hour of "planned maintenance" where I ternet and cable both go out for half the day, making me miss meetings, deadlines, and scheduled shows. This is ridiculous!

@GetSpectrum This is a lie! I've been paying nearly $300 /mo for cable and internet that goes out all the freaking time, half the time there's no reason, the other half you say is "planned maintenance." Yet I'm still stuck paying the full price and missing out on deadlines for work!

@Ask_Spectrum Holy crap, how much longer is this "scheduled maintenance" going to take??? My Internet and cable have been out for nearly two hours! This is happening way too much lately to justify the cost of my services & I'm seriously about to ditch Spectrum altogether.
