@Ask_Spectrum I just tried connecting on my new phone I bought from you, it tells me I have no internet connection, that's part of the reason I left Mint. I was also told I'd get a $100 trade-in, but then they denied the phone I had. And why can't I log in to my shop account from home?

@KraigLooney @GetSpectrum Spectrum sucks Had the same issue a while ago. Thought it was my modem, nope. Thought it was my router, nope. Ended up being a bad cable along with the tech installing something in the connection box(s) along with redoing the connections there as well. Send this guy a good tech.
