@KraigLooney @GetSpectrum Spectrum sucks Had the same issue a while ago. Thought it was my modem, nope. Thought it was my router, nope. Ended up being a bad cable along with the tech installing something in the connection box(s) along with redoing the connections there as well. Send this guy a good tech.
