@Ask_Spectrum I have reached out & only get download speeds. No one tells me what the upload speeds are. Besides seeing online that if I were a new customer, I could get equal up & down. But I'm not unfortunately. So, please tell me what your average upload speed is for the 1 gig internet plan

@Nobak_ @GetSpectrum For real, it shouldn’t take 10+ minutes to upload a 50mb file, yet Spectrum claims I have gigabit internet service here in Palm Springs. Unbelievable… I reset my modem and router maybe once every other day…

@Ask_Spectrum Recently I was having intermittent speed issues and they sent me a new modem, but after I spoke to the representative and she did something on her end, I've had no issues, so I'm reluctant to use the new modem. I keep getting emails telling me to activate it. Help.
