@VickiRussell62 @Telstra I’m sorry you’re experiencing this and your explanation of the product being in the same condition makes a lot of sense for a refund. My solution is to buy the movies I like on DVD, or just try to find them for free, as I’ve experienced the loss of a Tbox being no use.
