@electricfuture5 @Telstra @Telstra aren’t know for their high speeds and Star link is only to the nearest ISP service exchange. So iirc they won’t actually be that much after if the site is garbage (which it normally is on Telstra’s end)

@electricfuture5 @cary_deakin @Telstra Typical speeds for actual Starlink is 150mb/s+ (that's being very conservative) in my 2+ years experience, speed test just now 218.32Mb/s down, 30.64 Mb/s up, Ping of 40ms.

@electricfuture5 @Telstra Hmmm interesting. I’m actually one of the few that are happy with my fibre connection. Fingers crossed it has worked well for me and in not too upset with the plan I am on. I would change if I needed to be more mobile though.
